Ampire plugin is 66 euro?

Why is the ampire pllugin 59 USD but 66 EUR.  Market today is 59 USD = 53 EUR  The euro is stronger than the dollar so why the price hike for europeans?

I guess it might be tax... that is 24 percent which is about the VAT here I guess.
