Question

Universal Control proposed to me to update the firmware of my brand new iTwo (Win7 x64 SP1 + Upd). A progress box with a label saying "Working on firmware update..." is displayed for more than an hour and just a rolling animation in the progress bar. Is this normal? How long does the firmware update takes? The device is visible in Playback devices and also in Recording devices.

did you figure out how to fix this? mine has been stuck on "working on firmware update" for several hours. I don't want to unplug it and risk bricking it. [email protected]
