I purchased a booster pack on my studio one 4 artist version. I want to use the Arcade plugin, so for the artist version of studio one i found out i needed this upgrade package. I inserted the license key, but i still can't add Arcade to my instrument list library. What i'm doing wrong?
When I click the "offline activation" button, "acces denied" appears.
