Why won't Sudio one 3 recognized and open audiobox usb audio interface? no sound

The interface is highlighted in the audio section but I am getting no sound

What happens when you go to the Start page in S1 and select, Configure Audio Device... ?

"...interface is highlighted in the audio section..."  Audio section, where?? Need more info to be able to help you.

Are you using Windows or Mac? I have S1 on both Windows and Mac, but I have S1 4, not 3.
