can't update firmware ,all three options won't work , on the uc surface the firmware update is dark ,

I have tried to update from version 1.0.1158 to the latest version but all three update options are not working for my studio live 16 mixer.

Update the mixer to firmware v1.9 via a SD card and then update to v2.1.1.16522
