My goal is to use my SL32 console as a FOH board and the two SL32R in a rack as monitor mixers. One in monitor mixer mode and the other standalone but still able to receive and route a share network of audio from the other mixers. Hopefully achieving 16 stereo and 32 mono mixes between them.

No, you can not exceed 16 Flex Mixes that are controlled from the SL32 when the 32r's are in stagebox mode.

If you had the 32's as stand alone then can take inputs and send them out to there 16 aux outputs but each set of 16 would be controlled by their respective 32r.
