this picture shows the response from studio one when i tried to connect my audiobox usb 96 to my computer. I have tried lots of things but still hasnt worked. please help

I think you don't have driver download Universal Control from Presonus downloads.

Download, install. restart the computer. And try again.

Reason2

Try to change the sample rate in the Universal Control.

Try each one 44hz 48hz 88hz 96hz
