Question

Hi,

I have a Studiolive 16III,  NSB16*8 directly connected on the mixer, and a return HP on the NSB.

Everytime I sart the system, there are pops coming out the return (in fact from the NSB), each few seconds.

the only way I have to stop it, is to change the mixer frequency from 41Khz to 48Khz (still pops) and back to 41Khz (no more pops).

This is anoying, any clue please ?

Make sure your Series III Eco-System is updated:

• Install Universal Control 3.2
• Update your console, NSB(s), Switch(es) and Earmix16(s) to Firmware Version 2.2
• Make sure your Ethernet Cables are up to spec / crimped correctly.

Once you've done this and you continue to have issues, open a support request so a Live Sound support tech can assist you.
