Is the Cs18ai compatible with the studio 192 interface?

I am considering purchasing the studiolive cs18ai but would first like to know what it is compatible with. I already own a studio 192 and would like to use it’s available inputs with the cs18ai if possible.

No, the CS18AI can only work with a RM for audio. The CS18AI can be used as a DAW Controller for Studio One.
