My Studio 2i4 interface came with a Thunderbolt to Thunderbolt cable and a Thunderbolt to USB cable. When connected with the Thunderbolt port on my laptop (Running windows 10, full specs below) the interface will occasionally disconnect and I will have to unplug it and plug it back in, and then restart any software to use the ASIO drivers. However, this does not happen when connected through USB. I want to be able to use it on Thunderbolt as I need the USB port for other devices.
