Presence patch sound changes when Studio One is closed and opened again

I am using a rolled cymbal sound on the Orchestra Batterie patch of the Presence Instrument. When I record it and play it back, the sound is loud and full. If I then save the file, close Studio One and then reopen it, the sound changes. The volume is decreased and the sound does not last as long. I have run across this occasionally when the sustain pedal information is lost when I close and reopen the program but in this case I am not using the sustain pedal. I can reproduce this issue consistently. I am not using any inserts or effects.

Any solution to this?

System info: Studio One Pro 4.6.1.55987 Win x64, Windows 10 Home 64 bit, AMD A10-7850K, 8 Mb ram, Presonus Studio 24c Interface

I am having the identical issue.  I am using Studio One Pro 5.0.0 with Windows 10.  When I select a Presence patch, say "Oohs", it sounds and plays great. Then I close the song file and get out of Studio One.  Next time I open the song, Presence still indicates that the "Oohs" patch is selected, but the envelopes have changed, and all I hear is the initial attack portion of the sound, with no sustain.  But if I then go in and re-select the "Oohs" patch, it loads the correct envelopes and settings, and it sounds fine again.  Seems to me like maybe Studio One is incorrectly initializing the selected Presence patches when loading the song file.

Anyway, I sure hope you folks at PreSonus can find a solution!
