Question

Hi, I just got my Audiobox USB 96 and I've been trying to download Universal Control on my computer. I can download the application but as soon as I get the "allow changes to be made" prompt on my computer, I attempt to press OK and nothing happens. I'm not presented with another screen or an installer. Am I doing something wrong? Currently running Windows 10 on 64-bit.

switch off UAC on Windows 10 temporarily and install Universal Control again. It might help.

Hey there, I was having a problem where the Audiobox would be greyed out and I just needed to switch the USB port to a different one on the PC. Hope you get it fixed! Peace
