Hi,

I'm probably being stupid, but everything works perfectly for recording on a track until I unplug my interface (M-Audio). Once I plug it back in, previously created songs won't recognise the interface, or just seem to think it's not sending anything. I can simultaneously create a new track and record on that, and that'll be fine until I unplug the interface again. Once it's plugged back in, that track will then cease to be able to record.

I'm guessing there's a setting somewhere to reinitialise USB or something. Can you help?

Hi,

you can try the menu: "Studio one" / Options / "Audio Setup"
Then select another audio interface and than the one you want.

Or you can go to the console and in the channel you want to record select the input(In the selected channel you want to record. Above the fader / Above the panning fader (in console))

Hope that helps

Go into Studio One>Options>Locations>User Data and try to change your user data folder.  This issue can happen if the program is unable to write to your User Data location

you can share a screen shot of what you have in this part.
