I just set up a new Faderport (2018) using firmware v3.43 to pro tools 2020.3.0 on Windows 10
About half of the time when I am in channel mode and scrolling between channels using the jog wheel then the whole unit freezes. I can't get it to do anything. Sometimes pro tools freezes entirely also.
Any ideas?
