REQUEST TO INSTALL MELODYNE from StudioOne 4

I've downloaded Melodyne from PreSonos and from Celemony... when I try to use it, I have Melodyne asking me to install it.. then after clicking install it tells me that the software is already install .. ( I am in a mac with 1T and 16 gig of memory). 

I've move from StudioOne Artist to Profssional.... it didnt work. Then, paid 100.00 for Melodyne and it didnt work ($300.00).

I am despered to be able to use that software but PreSonus doesnt have support by phone not for even ask them how to unistall Melodyne and do a clean installation.  

Please if someone has gone thruough this problem, help me

yo can see how many times I have installed it... it always comes back to the installation request

Same issue here. I've downloaded MD from both sources, removed completely from Win7; re-installed. Nothing seems to work. And you're correct -- Presonus' customer support is...well, not what it could be.
