Question

I just signed up for Sphere and I'm trying to activate CTC and Channel Strip Collection and it's saying I don't own them. I see they are activated in my sphere account but I can't use them. Why is that?

If you already had these installed on your system, these were activated with your perpetual license.

Just activating Studio One does not automatically mean all the add-ons are also activated.

You'll need re-activate each add-on with the PreSonus Sphere license.
