Second hand license elegible to free upgrade ?

Hi, I buy in kvr forum a license of studio one 4.6 pro second hand ,is this  eligible for free upgrade to version 5 ?

No, license upgrade is only available to the original purchaser of the key.

They are only offering the free upgrade to 5 if you purchased Studio One 4 on or after April 1, 2020. I would guess a license transfer wouldn't count, but I don't know for sure.
