My program Studio One 5 won't open up, I have purchased the sphere plan. When I put activate with presonus sphere and select activate it says that i do not have a subscription product to activate?
I purchased my plan and can pull it up and look at the date that i have it and when my mext payment is. It is active?

You need to download and re-run the installer for Studio One 5 from your account, even if you've already installed it from previously.

Then Studio One 5 will launch, there will be an activation window and a link that says "Activate with Sphere", select that to activate the Sphere license for your newly downloaded version of Studio One 5.
