Have I lost product key?

I registered a product key 2 months ago and have been using Studio One 4 Professional until yesterday. It suddenly started asking me to activate again today. So I logged in to my account but I can't find the key nor the product detail anywhere... Is there any way to activate it again? I need it urgent!
