Soo I have a reciept/invoice and have been using my studio one for a week since my subscription renewed and I came to my desk today and it says my subscription is expired. I filed a support ticket but it doesn't seem like there was much that could be done promptly. Is there a way to fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice restarted my pc, tried the license reset and even tried to cancel. When I cancelled it said my subscription would end on September 5th but its already the 12th. But I've already paid for this month yet it still says expired? Im confused and i cant work without professional. I wouldn't be posting if this was just a one time thing though this has happened before but usually I am able to resolve it and now it hit 3 months in a row i have had a problem. Help pls!
