Windows 7 Pro 64 bit all updates. StudioOne 3.2, Followed all the instructions several times. Keep getting the above error. Want to be able to use the RM32AI as input and output of StudioOne.

Firmware Version SL 1.0.5550  App Version 1.5.0.36497, I got it to work after trying three different flash drives. :-) The new versions are: Firmware Version SL 1.0.7784, App Version: 1.5.0.36497... now to get StudioOne 3.2 to recognize the RM32AI....
