Question

Hello,

I am trying to get started with Studiolive 32SX with macOS Catalina/Logic Audio and when I try to play back something, sound is strange, digitally distorted, cutting, coming back again, then disappearing... I wonder what is wrong? I played stuff from Youtube, from Logic Audio, it's all the same... USB hub works fine with my old interface (Focusrite Scarlett).

Also it seems I can't record with Capture 3. Universal Control meters show that something is going in but Capture 3 records just a blank wave. Logic Audio seems to record fine.

I have no idea what to do, please help.

I tried with my daughters older mac and it does not have the problem.  I've created a ticket with Presonus but I'm waiting to hear back.

Thanks a lot for answering! Yes, we have the same problem. I am using a brand new MacBook Pro. I really hope they can fix this soon.
