Products aren't registered in myPresonus anymore

Half a year ago I registered my StudioLive16r on my myPresonus-Account. Yesterday I detected, that it is no more registered and also the StudioOne 4 isn't there any more. Can anyone help me with this, or do I have to reregister it?
