Dear Sir or Madam
I have a problem with StudioOne: I have StudioOne V4.
I cannot log into the StudioOne to download updates. It also doesn't work after I changed the password, neither does it work when I'm logged in as administrator, regardless of whether I want to log in with my username or email. But when I go to the website it works. Why is that or what am I doing wrong?

I just wanted to do an update. This didn't work. Not even after I've done the steps above.
