How to update StudioOne V4

Dear Sir or Madam
I have a problem with StudioOne: I have StudioOne V4.
I cannot log into the StudioOne to download updates. It also doesn't work after I changed the password, neither does it work when I'm logged in as administrator, regardless of whether I want to log in with my username or email. But when I go to the website it works. Why is that or what am I doing wrong?
I would be grateful for any help.

What is the setup and what were you doing that led up to the error or situation is that brought you here:

I just wanted to do an update. This didn't work. Not even after I've done the steps above.

Hi Markus.  Sorry you're having issues.  Have you made sure that Studio One has been allowed access to the internet via your firewall?  You may need to add it manually to the firewall under exceptions if it doesn't do that automatically.  Also make sure your firewall is set to private appropriately.

Hi again. To expand further - when you download the Studio One installer from their webpages, the default download is the most recent version of Studio One for your version (Windows, Version 4/5).
