Notion can do this but the editor is very archaic. A fast clean way to this in Studio one would be a game changer for writing orchestral

music in particular.

Dynamics in the Score View are already assigned to volume/dynamics and change the volume of the playback instrument. These dynamics are independent from the velocity/MIDI cc dynamics in the Piano View and Drum View, so you're still able to change those manually and relative to the dynamics in Score View.
