Faderport 2018 is not recognized by Universal Control

Universal Control does not see the device connected to my W10 system.  It is connected to a USB2.0 on my computer and the power is on.  

I'm hoping that by updating the firmware, this also allows PT to recognize the unit, as right now it doesn't see it at all.

I saw another thread that said to submit a support ticket on this issue.
