phantom power not working

I went to use my 16.0.2 StudioLive, Firmware Version: 0.98f Build:219, and discovered there is no +48 voltsPhantom Power on any channel.  I tried various mic/cable setups.  A dynamic mic works fine. Phantom Power was working fine the last time I used the mixer.

Help!!
