Question

Hi, I'm sure it's a quick and simple fix but I'm not technically minded so here goes.

I purchased a Presonus Audiobox iTwo and have installed it as stated and it will only recognise my Windows Audiobox from the dropdown menu and not the Presonus one.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail

Somebody please help.

Hi,

Did you resolve this? I have the same problem, everything was fine until on a recent start up I lost all contact with Audibox itwo and now studio one 5 crashes whenever I go into "configure audio device". Help!
