UC does not install help files

Hi,

After purchasing a Studio 192 a few weeks ago, one of the first things I did was to install the latest Universal Controller (I already had it for my FaderPort 8).

From habit, and not even knowing if that would do anything, I pressed the F1 key while working on the Mixes for the 192 in UC.

It does appear that F1 was intended to display some help content, as I got the following dialog:

I got in touch with Presonus support, but all they came up with was a scripted response telling how to "optimize my Windows 10 PC" for DAW operation. Needless to say that my PC is up to date, and optimized just as much as I consider it necessary. In other words, Studio One 5.1 and the 192 just work flawlessly.

Could any fellow 192 user check if the latest UC installer actually installs the help files, or not. I tested the installer on 5 different Windows 10 x64 Professional PCs, and none of them even created a subfolder at "C:\Program Files\PreSonus\Universal Control\help".

Thanks for any confirmation on this topic.
