So, u know how studio one has "instrument input follows selection" and when clicking on a track, the record arm and monitor buttons are activated??
well, if sidechain is linked, that specific track (with monitor on) doesn't recognize and turn the plugin "green" color which blocks from being able to recognize the sidechain.
only when i disengage the monitor button, then it works normally again.
