Question

I figured I needed to update to the newest version since I had been postponing it. Same situation after the update. The components load then is just shows the loading bar forever. I did a full shut down and restart with no change.

The last time the song loaded there was no strange shut down, power outage,  or anything that I'd consider to be a problem.

When I had issues in the past, the support folks had me backup, then remove some S1 configuration files.

I put in a support ticket. After a bunch of back and forth he asked me to:

1. disable all of the VST/rewire/vst3 in S1 advanced options.

2. Try loading the song.

3. Add one of the disabled items and check the loading. Repeat with the rest until the issue comes back up.

I found my issue was in VST3. I went into my VST folder and moved the VST3 files that were used in this song into a desktop folder. Turned VST3 back on in S1 options and slowly added one at a time back in the normal folder while trying to load the song. Problem was Vocalign project 3. I uninstalled it then reinstalled and everything is back to normal. Weird. Just glad is was fixed.
