It depends on the kind of damage, which is hard to determine without having seen the file.
If the file is broken due to bad sectors, faulty disk behavior/treatment it won't be an easy fix and probably not fixable at all.
A song file basically is a .zip file with a folder structure and some files in it giving Studio One instructions on what/how/where items should be used. If you are able to make a copy of the damaged file, rename the extension (.song) to .zip and open as a compressed folder, it might be possible to repair.
