Just bought new 24R, and installed it in my rack and in the process of preprogramming it
I upgraded from the RM16AI which I've been using for almost 6 years. Still love the unit, but needed more channels.
In the process of programming, it won't let me toggle Phantom Power for my overhead drum mic and hihat condenser mic in UC Surface.
I searched the manual, searched THIS forum, google the hell out of the WWW using multiple search queries, and I got nothing.
Am I missing some setting somewhere? I have a 3-band show tomorrow and I need help ASAP on this issue.
