I recently joined Sphere and upgraded my software from version 4 to 5.2 and updated my firmware to my mixer and Universal Control. When pulling up Universal Control I can only manipulate the block size, al other controls are grayed out. Upon starting StudioOne 5.2 my computer is not recognizing the mixer and the software control is not showing up on UCNet.
is the issue in the mixer, with firmware or software? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
