Midi in 5.2 upgrade is causing stuck notes and delays in midi

Ever since I upgraded to SO 5.2 My midi doesn't propoerly.  I get stuck notes and delays between pressing the keys on the leyboard and the reponse back from SO 5.2.  you help is very much appreciated.
