Hello,

I've added the HP4: 4-Channel Headphone Amplifier and connected it to my audiobox. I can hear through the headphones now but cannot make any inputs through my microphones. Under the Studio One > Options > Audio Setup - it also just says "Realtek," now and not the Audiobox.

Through my research I've seen that maybe downloading a "universal control app," might help, but unsure and also unsure of where to even download this.

Thanks,

You don't need a universal control app. Assuming you are on a Windows machine, Realtek is the chipset of the built-in audio on the motherboard of your computer.  You want to permanently disable this.  There are two possible ways.  The best way is to reboot and then go into your computer bios and disable the on-board audio device.  If this is not possible, you can go into device manager and permanently disable the Realtek device.  In the image below you can permanently disable the Realtek device (personally, I like to disable any audio devices that are not my primary audio interface).
