I purchased studio one 5 professional for $399 and just wondering if they are sending me a hard copy or what. If so how long until I receive it.

Did you purchase it from PreSonus or from a third party?

If it's from PreSonus, you should have gotten an email that outlines how to log into your PreSonus account and download the software.
