Question

also i already deleted the files for the vol console and is able to show it on the menu for using it but i hear many audio drop outs and pops and glitches what do i have to do to configure it properly and also when i use the firmware update utility it doesn't show in the device list what can i do to fix these issues

i have a macbook pro 15 inches retina display i7 8 gigs of ram running 10.11.4 os x el capitan

Hi,

You have an issue that will likely require some brains bigger than mine (THAT won't take much... but I digress) Please start a Tech service ticket right away, it's first come first served and the team is limited so it might take a bit to get back to you. They will need to know what driver version you have installed right now, operating system, and all that good stuff... so be as specific as possible and they will get you sorted...
