Importing a .mov into Studio One 5.3 results in black video screen with "No Codec" text?

Importing video files works fine in Studio One, until I try importing .mov's, which is when I get the "No Codec" text. Mov files play fine throughout my PC, in video editors, VLC, etc. Is there something I need to do to get them to work in S1?

H264 MP4s have the quarter-frame delayed audio problem, which is why .mov files are preferred.

Anyone know? Thanks!

I would recommend installing k-lite codec pack and hopefully it will include the needed codec. https://codecguide.com/

Otherwise you probably will have to look into what codec the file uses and try and find it to install. I have k-lite installed and haven't had any problems with .mov files in S1, crossing fingers. Good luck.
