Right now, Drum Mode allows the user to shift octaves, to some degree, by changing banks.

However, the banks only really make sense within the confines of Studio One and Ableton, which renders this feature extremely clunky in practice. For instance, bank 1 (dark blue) starts at C2 and ends at D#3. Bank 2 then starts at E3.

However, if I have a drum instrument that's expecting the first pad to be C0, my only option is to somehow switch between Bank 7 (pink) and Bank 8 (orange), because Bank 7 starts at E-1 (negative 1).

It would be so much nicer if we could just stick on Bank 1 and transpose its notes up and down a whole octave, anywhere from -2 to 10. Or even reposition notes (semitone transpose).

Note mode allows for octave switching, but is limited to 12 pads, since the top row is controlling octaves.
