Ok so this has been bothering me ...when im just in windows no presonus programs open ..if i open a browser and try to play a youtube video it wont play. Until i unplug and plug my 24c back in ...its been an issue since day 1, i work from home so essentially the only way to keep the device running for 8 hours is to constantly have a song playing in windows because if i pause the song or the song stops for whatever reason the sound stops working too and i have to unplug and plug the device in again to get sound ...to begin i only have the driver installed..i bought the device ..i powered on my pc , installed the driver, reboot, plugged in the 24c and boom no audio ...i experimented turning off exclusivity in windows, different usb ports, different cables...the same situation occurs..i decided to install studio one for testing purposes, i switched it to the windows driver and turned off exclusivity as well...afterwards i realized i can literally have a browser right next to studio one drag a song in studio one and play it and hear it but if i turn on a song in the browser i get loading circles ...i scrubbed studio one off my oc same issue ....so its not studio one because my pc does the same thing with or without studio one ...its liek something is hijacking thr audio ...idk what it is can someone pleae help???? ....this isnt a pc issue either tried on my laptop does the same thing
