Hi. I use an MPK61 mkii with Studio One but I basically only use it for the keyboard (by far the best out of all the usual suspects I tried). The type of music I make and the workflow I use don't really require the use of the knobs and faders. I know there is a Studio One preset on the keyboard but I'm not sure how useful it is. When I first got it and was checking everything out, I remember watching a youtube vid with comprehensive instructions for mapping every knob, switch and fader to any function in S1. So, I can't help you much but I know the info is out there. Cheers.
