My migration of Studio One to different computers is a nightmare. I open Studio One on both computers and copy by hand all checkboxes on every page and tab. And it's a rather frustrating experience as it's very time-consuming and easy to overlook something. It would be great, if we had 'export/import settings' that transferred:
1. all the preferences
2. color schemes
3. keybindings
4. templates
While technically I can export/import keybindings and templates now, the 'color schemes' part is really tricky. Color scheme is saved in a file, but if you put the color scheme in the needed folder for the new installation, nothing will happen: Studio One won't find the colorscheme even it's on disk, restart won't help also. So the only option for now is opening two computers side-by-side and just copying all values from all custom colorschemes.
Hope, PreSonus can improve this as moving to a new computer is something we all do once in several years.
