On the MIDI track I have Shared Events, but several versions. They are all marked with a "ghost". But how to mark related events of one type, for example to change their name and color?
If I have 70 Shared Events on drum tracks, in 5 different versions, all have the same color, now there is no chance to find each version among them, to color them and rename each version :(
After right-clicking on the Event, there should be an option "Select all related/copied Shared Events" so that you can edit all selected ones. Unless it's an Event that has no other Events associated with it.
StudioOne needs to know which events are related (via Shift+D and the "ghost" icon in the lower left corner of the event), so just program the option to select them all on the TimeLine, please :)

I just read in the Melodyne manual that there is such an option, but only for audio clips:

"If, however, you are interested in creating a complex constellations, the numbering is a useful orientation guide, showing you instantly which audio events belong to each group. A tip: If you right-click on an event in the pool, you will see all the numbers listed. You can quickly select in the arrangement all the events belonging to a given group simply by right-clicking on them in the pool and choosing “Select on Track”. You could then, for example, assign a color to them to make them easily distinguishable from members of other groups. This provides an intuitive way of keeping track of complex variations.

And another tip: As an alternative to “Separate Shared Copies”, you can use the command “New Clip Version” (right-click and look under “Audio”). This basically does the same thing: It converts a shared copy into an independent copy (assigning, the next free number to the event). The only difference between the two commands lies in the way they behave when multiple events are selected: If you select three events, say, and choose “New Clip Version”, the same new number will be assigned to all three, indicating that they are mutually dependent (although they will, of course, be independent of all other events on the track). If, on the other hand, you choose “Separate Shared Copies”, a different number will be assigned to each of the three events, indicating that they are fully independent of one another as well as of all other events on the track."

Let's do it please for MIDI events :)

Is it possible to make a "New Clip Version" for a MIDI Event?
