If you have your CS18AI with the USB wifi dongle connected either to Studio One or RMxxAI, obviously with no AVB connection, do the headphones work?

No, you won't get audio through the headphones if you only have the USB Wi-Fi dongle connected to the CS18AI and RM Series mixer and they're both connection to a wireless router. On that configuration, you'd be able to control the RM Series mixer from the CS18AI, but audio wouldn't be passing through the CS18AI. If you want audio to pass through the CS18AI, you'll need to have it hard wired to the RM series mixer either via a direct connection or an AVB switch.
