Question

I tried to turn off a channel for an in ear mix(aux channel) but even thought channel slider was all the way down, the person could still hear the channel in his in ears. ie: guitar player-guitar on channel 14-aux mix 4- when in aux mix 4 and the slider was all the way down on 14, the guitar player could still hear channel 14. I'm sure it's a simple setting. I checked the forums but no direct answers.

Check and make sure that channel is set to post fader.
