Hi. I own Studio 68c for several years. Initially out was connected to PC via attached type-C cable. Device was fixed in one position and never moved-shifted. Always it was working perfectly. Now I’m traveling a lot and often use the sound interface on a table, floor, car, etc… And it started glitching, braking connection… it caused by vibrations, shocks, even random touch to interface. It is absolutely unusable near drum-kit or in rock club.
I noticed that type-C cable is not fixed in port and easily shaking. And exactly this cause troubles with connection. I don’t remember if it was like this initially, but maybe I damage it somehow.
So, my questions are:
Is it a normal behaviour of USB-C port on device or it is malfunction?
What can be done to fix it?
