My StudioLive AR12c, which I bought in 2021 and has never had any problems, stopped working this morning. It remains powered on (effects LED is lit), and it is still recognized by my Mac (via USB-C). However, no sound is coming out, neither through the jacks, nor via Bluetooth, nor through the computer. This is the case for all channels. There is no sound in the main output or in the headphones.
Firmware is 1.04 (last)
Can you help me ?
