Big problem with the device: StudioLive 16.4.2 AI

Yesterday our mixer was still working, but today it has stopped working for no reason.

The only thing that is ringing is the screen in blue.

Various attempts have been made. Unfortunately, we have not found the correct instructions.

I hope someone can help us with this problem.
