HD10BT headphones stopped working

The volume and On/Off buttons on my PreSonus HD10BT headphones have suddenly stopped functioning. As a result I'm unable to turn the headphones off (they're currently in On mode), nor can I connect to a device via bluetooth.

I can get an audio output via a wired connection, and the sound cancelling switch still works. The charging light indicates that the headphones are taking a charge.

The headphones have not received any damage or been stored / used in unadvised conditions.

The headphones were purchased in May 2023 so I do not expect them to malfunction just ofter one year. Has anyone else had this issue?
